As soon as you begin feeling and sleeping better because of these walks you might want to start eating healthier also. You don't need to fit everything in at once, baby steps will probably be your secret weapon to success.

The thing is that you do not need to start starving yourself or even visiting the health club everyday in order to begin getting in to shape. The true secret to your success is to do small things which will add up. If you start off by taking a stroll following supper and then start building things up slowly, you will be able to get in shape in no time.
