Most of us take snoring as a simple disorder but one should make himself learn that snoring can lead to many other serious problems like sleep apnea or obstructive sleep apnea. To describe snoring in simple terms, it happens when there is obstruction of air movement that vibrates the respiratory structures during breathing while sleeping making some fricative sounds.

According to a survey it has been discovered that 40% of men and 30% of women do come across habit of snoring at certain stage of life. Sleep for at least 7-8 hours daily.

Also eat healthy food for good health. Have dinner three hours before you sleep. Do not consume any medicine or alcohol or smoke cigarettes while going to bed. Also avoid dairy products before going to bed instead you can have a tablespoon of honey. Change your sleeping position or sleep pillow.

Even after trying all the home remedies this problem of snoring continues then it's time you visit a doctor. The remedies mentioned here must be implemented on a regular basis to get rid of the problem gradually. There will be a daily improvement in your condition and will cure the disorder over a period of time.
